Harakeke cultivar.

1) The following notes have been taken from the Flax Commissioners Report 1870, 1871:

Kelly, New Plymouth: leaf long and red-edged. Point falls over.

Taranaki Native: garments and ropes only.

2) Andersen 1907: long, red-edged leaf, the point of which drooped over.

3) Best 1942: Titoonewai listed.
